Hey guys, I'm trying to gauge interest in a sub-blog that delves into DIY car modification and repair. I would be bringing the guides from my site, !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and posting the best ones here, along with articles to help DIY modders of all skill levels, as well as doing builds, and maybe some videos.

Who's interested?

We got The Shade Tree which, in order to keep the sub-blog numbers low, you're more than welcome to post to! If you want to, let me know and I'll author'd you.

Sounds good! I think I'm going to be doing a standardized format of mods and repairs, that way the articles can remain somewhat consistent, rather than have lots of people with different article styles post, but I'll be more than happy to post from time to time on The Shade Tree, if you'll have me!

Thanks!

That's awesome! I think we could work something good out, a standardized (or nearly standardized) format for articles. We're still in our infancy, but I created The Shade Tree to specifically house DIYs, build threads and other things related to working on cars so people have a nice place to look.

A lot of Oppos have written some excellent how-tos but they consistently get lost in the fervor of OppositeLock

I've got a couple DIY-type articles typed up from some of my various projects if you'd like to have them on there.

Yes. And feel free to ask me for early-21-st century DIY guides for BMWs.
